Within the framework of the Third Public Sector Innovation Forum held in Yerevan, Liana Tovmasyan, Deputy Head of the Unified Social Service, participated in a panel discussion titled "Is Armenia Ready to Scale Up Results-Based Financing?" During the discussion, the core approaches aimed at labor market development in Armenia and active employment programs were presented.

Liana Tovmasyan addressed the importance of training and skills development in alignment with modern labor market trends, as well as current and incoming employment programs, emphasizing the significance of employment initiatives that are predominantly result-oriented.

The panel discussion participants also touched upon the formulation of efficient labor market integration policies, the dynamic assessment of the supply-and-demand balance, the precise selection of target groups, and financing mechanisms geared toward tangible results.

The participants highlighted the training of youth, women, and displaced persons in digital and AI tools within the labor market, along with active public-private partnerships, as essential prerequisites for sectoral transformations. Tigran Tchorokhyan, Innovation and SDG Financing Portfolio Analyst at UNDP Armenia, and Tigran Jrbashyan, Partner at Ameria Advisory, also participated in the panel discussion.
