Today, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan presented certificates of gratitude to the management-level officials and staff members involved in the process of implementing the cashless payment system for pensions and benefits, which was launched on April 1, 2026. Agnessa Aghababyan, Head of the Unified Social Service, and Anahit Galstyan, Head of the Department of Pension Security and Other Monetary Payments of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, were awarded commemorative medals by Minister Torosyan.

They were honored for their efficient and significant contribution to the implementation process of the cashless pension and benefit payment system as of April 1, 2026, as well as for improving the quality of public services and fostering their development. Minister Torosyan expressed his gratitude for the efficient and prompt work, emphasizing that the implemented reform is a crucial step toward modernizing the social protection system and pursuing a person-centered policy.
