A family registered in the family vulnerability assessment system and having a member under the age of 18 shall have the right to a family benefit, provided that its vulnerability score is higher than the vulnerability threshold score establishing eligibility for a family benefit set by the Government of the Republic of Armenia for the given year (established as 28.00 points for the year 2026).

A family registered in the family vulnerability assessment system and having no member under the age of 18 shall have the right to a social benefit, provided that its vulnerability score is higher than the vulnerability threshold score establishing eligibility for a social benefit set by the Government of the Republic of Armenia for the given year (established as 28.00 points for the year 2026).

The lump-sum emergency assistance for a child's enrolment into the first grade shall be granted if one of the adult members of the family has applied during the months of August, September, or October of the year of the child's enrolment into the first grade, and the family holds the right to receive a family benefit as of the month of application.

A family registered in the family social assessment system, which does not have the right to a family or social benefit and has a vulnerability score higher than "0" points, shall have the right to a quarterly emergency assistance.
