Career Guidance and Counseling

Career Guidance

Career guidance is a system of information, counseling, and guidance services provided to an individual, aimed at supporting them in the process of career self-determination, while taking into account their abilities, skills, interests, personal characteristics, as well as labor market demands. It is designed to assist individuals outside the educational system who lack a clear direction in choosing a profession or employment, as well as those in need of retraining, upskilling, and adapting to rapidly changing labor market conditions.
