If the person subject to assessment is unable to appear at the assessment venue, and this is specified in the application and medical documents, the assessment committee may conduct the assessment at the person's location, subject to the presence of any of the pathological conditions approved by Order No. 43-A/1 of the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia dated April 21, 2025.

The decision on functionality assessment (administrative act) is generated automatically within the electronic system. It includes information on:

• The presence or absence of a limitation in the person's functionality,
• The type and degree of the limitation,
• The causal link of the disability,
• The duration of the disability definition and other provisions prescribed by law,
• The record of the person's functionality assessment, which is considered an integral part of the decision on functionality assessment.
