Workforce Recruitment
For the purpose of filling their available vacancies, employers may:

• contact the territorial center serving their area of operation,
• post the vacancy on the e-work.am platform, which consolidates the entire Armenian labor market in the field of employment,
• submit the vacancy in the prescribed format to the email address of the Unified Social Service: info@socservice.am.

Services Provided to the Employer
The Unified Social Service offers employers:

• support in: the efficient filling of current and anticipated vacancies with the appropriate workforce;
• provision of information regarding:
employment programs and measures,
vacancies and the labor market situation;
• provision of consultancy regarding:
amendments to employment legislation,
mass layoffs.
