In the event of a limitation in the person's functionality, the assessment committee also develops an individual service plan (hereinafter referred to as the ISP). The ISP is of an advisory nature for the person:

• The person may refuse the implementation of the ISP either in its entirety or any program included in the ISP, or any measure encompassed therein,
• The ISP is subject to mandatory execution by the relevant bodies (persons, organizations, institutions) provided for by legislation, in accordance with the procedure and within the timeframes established by legislation,
• Provision of the decision on a person's functionality assessment,
  The decision on functionality assessment and the ISP shall be provided or sent to the applicant within three working days through the following options:
• In person,
• Online,
• By email,
• By post.

The duration of the assessment process—from the moment the application is entered until the moment the assessment committee's decision is adopted—shall not exceed 30 days.
