Beneficiary:
An elderly person (a person who has attained the age of 65) or a person with a disability.
Care shall be provided:

1. In home conditions;
2. In day care centers;
3. In residential social protection institutions;
4. In support centers;
5. In small community homes.

Application Procedure

The person or their representative (with a power of attorney, without notarization), or in case of being recognized as legally incompetent by a court, their guardian, shall submit an application to the territorial center serving the area of the place of residence of the Unified Social Service, to receive care services provided by organizations operating under the subordination of state and local self-government bodies, as well as those not under subordination but having concluded a grant provision agreement with the authorized state body in accordance with the procedure established by legislation.

Beneficiary

An elderly person, a person with a disability, or any other socially vulnerable person holding no specific place of residence or registration, who has appeared in a difficult life situation, is registered in the family vulnerability assessment system and has a vulnerability score higher than "0", or whose degree of vulnerability does not exceed 160 percent of the vulnerability allowance eligibility threshold․

Application Procedure

The person in person, or in case of having a need for bedridden care or locomotive problems, their representative (with a written power of attorney, without notarization), or in case of being recognized as legally incompetent or having limited legal capacity by a court, their guardian, shall submit a written application to the territorial center of the actual place of residence, to receive services provided by an organization operating under the subordination of state or local self-government bodies, or determined by the authorized state body in accordance with the procedure established by legislation.
