Program for Organizing Short-Term Training Courses, Providing Support for Acquiring Work Experience, and Ensuring Employment for Employable Members of Families Recognized as Vulnerable Under the Vulnerability Assessment System

The program is open to employable individuals from socially vulnerable families whose monthly income per computed family member is below 130 percent of the threshold value that qualifies for the vulnerability benefit.

To benefit from the program, both individuals recognized as vulnerable and employers must pre-register on the e-work.am platform.

Employers with vacancies wishing to participate in the program (with the exception of state administration bodies performing public service) shall submit an application.

The program consists of 3 components:

1. Vocational Training – A training organization agreement is signed between the Territorial Center, the employer, and the beneficiary. Based on the agreement, the beneficiary is enrolled in a vocational training course with a duration of up to 5 months. The employer is reimbursed for the tuition fees up to AMD 250,000. Upon completion of the course, an electronic version of the certificate is provided to the beneficiary, followed by the conclusion of an employment contract for a minimum term of 6 months. Consequently, the employer is provided with a maximum amount of AMD 50,000 for a duration of 6 months to compensate for taxes and mandatory fees.

2. Acquisition of Work Experience – An agreement on organizing the work experience acquisition process is signed between the Territorial Center, the employer, and the beneficiary, after which the employer concludes an employment contract with the beneficiary for a minimum term of 6 months. Upon conclusion of the contract, the employer is provided with a monthly reimbursement of AMD 165,000 for a duration of 3 months, inclusive of taxes, duties, and other fees. Additionally, the employer is provided with a maximum monthly amount of AMD 50,000 for a duration of 3 months to compensate for taxes and other mandatory fees.

3. Provision of Partial Reimbursement to the Employer – An agreement on providing partial reimbursement to the employer is signed between the employer, the beneficiary, and the Territorial Center. The partial reimbursement is provided to the employer who concludes an employment contract with the beneficiary for a minimum term of 6 months.

  • In the event that the employment contract is concluded for a term of 6 to 11 months, the employer is provided with an amount equal to 50 percent of the monthly salary established for the given individual for a duration of 6 months, but not exceeding AMD 50,000.
  • In the event that the employment contract is concluded for a term of 12 months or more, the employer is provided with a monthly amount equal to 70 percent of the monthly salary established for the given individual, but not exceeding AMD 75,000 (for a duration of 12 months).
