The program is accessible to an employee who is a citizen of the Republic of Armenia (a dual citizen of the RA) or holds the status of a person granted temporary protection in the Republic of Armenia, and who:
a. has submitted an application in accordance with the established procedure;

b. holds exclusively non-performing loan(s) in commercial bank(s) or credit organization(s) operating within the territory of the Republic of Armenia that are currently undergoing a liquidation process, provided that the principal amount of the loan (or the total aggregate of the principal amounts of the non-performing loans) does not exceed AMD 1,000,000 as of the date of application;

c. is registered as an employee as of the date of submission of the application, according to the data available in the "Individualized Accounting System of Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and Social Fees" or based on information received from the RA Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Security Service, or the Compulsory Enforcement Service.

Within the framework of the measure, financial support is provided to the beneficiary in the amount of 100% of the income tax calculated from the beneficiary's salary and equivalent payments, which is directed towards the settlement of the non-performing loan obligation.

In order to receive support within the framework of the event, an individual,

1. in case of submitting an online application, must log in to the website www.e-social.am, filling in the appropriate fields with his/her name, surname, public services number (or reference number on not receiving a public services number), mobile phone number and e-mail address, and must check the box to consent to the processing, use and transfer of his/her personal data in order to become a beneficiary of the event, if necessary, indicating his/her status as an employee of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Security Service or the Compulsory Enforcement Service (hereinafter referred to as the relevant bodies).
2. in case of submitting an application in person to the USS, shall provide a written consent at any territorial subdivision of the USS for processing their personal data specified in sub-clause 1 of this clause.
