Application Procedures
To be granted monetary assistance and receive housing rental compensation, the beneficiary shall submit an online application to the Unified Social Service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) via the socservice.am website by clicking the "Online Applications" button and selecting the "Application Platform for Monetary Compensation for Orphanage Graduates".

Beneficiaries
A person belonging to the category of children left without parental care shall be considered a beneficiary for the provision of monetary assistance if they meet the following criteria:

1. is a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, and
2. prior to reaching the age of 18, or in the event that compulsory education has not been completed as of the date of reaching the age of 18, upon completion of compulsory education, has been under continuous care for the last 24 months preceding the date of discharge in a state institution for social protection of the population providing 24-hour care to children operating in the Republic of Armenia, or in an organization providing 24-hour care to children left without parental care on the basis of a referral from the Ministry of Labor and Welfare of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as the Organization), and
3. has been discharged on or after January 1, 2023, due to reaching the age of 18, or in the event that compulsory education has not been completed as of the date of reaching the age of 18, has been discharged after the completion of compulsory education, and
4. is located in the Republic of Armenia at the time of application.

The electronic application of the beneficiary shall include:

1. their first name, last name, the series and number of the identification document (passport or identification card), and the public services number or the number of the certificate on not having a public services number;
2. the name of the Organization where the beneficiary received care and from which they were discharged;
3. the name of the bank through which they wish to receive the monetary assistance;
4. the beneficiary's contact email address and mobile phone number;
5. the day, month, and year of conscription and discharge from military service, if they were conscripted.

In the case of possession of a military ID, a copy thereof shall be attached to the application.

A person belonging to the category of children left without parental care shall be considered a beneficiary for housing rental compensation if they meet the following criteria:

1. prior to reaching the age of 18, or in the event that compulsory education has not been completed as of the date of reaching the age of 18, upon completion of compulsory education, has been under continuous care for the last 24 months preceding the date of discharge in a state institution for social protection of the population providing 24-hour care to children operating in the Republic of Armenia, or in an organization providing 24-hour care to children left without parental care on the basis of a referral from the Ministry of Labor and Welfare of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as the Organization), and
2. has been discharged on or after January 1, 2023, due to reaching the age of 18, or in the event that compulsory education has not been completed as of the date of reaching the age of 18, has been discharged after the completion of general education, and
3. does not possess a residential space under the right of ownership or use, and
4. has not alienated the residential space belonging to them by right of ownership within the last 5 years, and
5. has not been allocated residential space in the state social housing stock in accordance with the procedure established by Decision No. 1069-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated September 10, 2015, and
6. is a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, and
7. is located in the Republic of Armenia at the time of application.

The electronic application of the beneficiary shall include:

1. their first name, last name, the series and number of the identification document (passport or identification card), and the public services number or the number of the certificate on not having a public services number;
2. the name of the Organization where the beneficiary received care and from which they were discharged;
3. the name of the bank through which they wish to receive the housing rental compensation;
4. the beneficiary's contact email address and mobile phone number;
5. the address of the rented apartment;
6. the day, month, and year of conscription and discharge from military service, if they were conscripted.

In the case of possession of a military ID, a copy thereof shall be attached to the application.
