The e-work platform is the first state platform for finding and offering employment, aimed at bridging the gap between employers and job seekers. It consolidates available vacancies across the republic, promoting the state-employer-job seeker connection.

The platform enables:
• job seekers to find stable employment corresponding to their profession,
• employers to post vacancies and identify suitable candidates for the specific job,
• users to familiarize themselves with employment support programs implemented by the Unified Social Service,
• stakeholders to analyze the current situation of the Armenian labor market,
• individuals to find voluntary-based work or internship opportunities.

The following may register at a territorial center of the Unified Social Service or on the e-work platform:

1. Employed persons, including:
• employees who wish to change their job,
• students who can combine their studies with employment.

2. Unemployed persons, including:
• individuals holding unemployment status,
• age and other types of pensioners.
